Story Transcript:
Sl: Miha je sedel na klopci v Tivoliju in z zadovoljstvom opazoval, kako se sončni žarki prebijajo skozi liste dreves.
En: Miha was sitting on a bench in Tivoli and watching with satisfaction as the sunbeams pierced through the leaves of the trees.
Sl: Dan je bil ravno pravšnji za piknik.
En: The day was just right for a picnic.
Sl: Potrudil se je, da bi bil popoln.
En: He had gone to great lengths to make it perfect.
Sl: Pripravljen je imel domače sendviče in sveže sadje.
En: He had prepared homemade sandwiches and fresh fruit.
Sl: S seboj je imel tudi kocke ledu, da bi bil sok hladen.
En: He also had ice cubes with him to keep the juice cold.
Sl: Danes mu bosta družbo delala Nina in Anže.
En: Today, Nina and Anže would join him.
Sl: Nina je prva prispela.
En: Nina was the first to arrive.
Sl: “Živijo, Miha!
En: "Hello, Miha!"
Sl: ” je veselo vzkliknila in ga objela.
En: she exclaimed cheerfully and hugged him.
Sl: “Želim poleteti s padalom enkrat tak prestor,” je rekla, ko sta se usedla.
En: "I want to go paragliding sometime," she said when they had sat down.

En: Anže soon followed her, smiling casually.

En: "Hey, people!

En: What's there to eat first?"

En: Everything was going according to plan.
Sl: Trio se je smejal, klepetal in užival v popoldanski svetlobi.
En: The trio laughed, chatted, and enjoyed the afternoon light.
Sl: A oblakov je bilo vedno več.
En: But the clouds were increasing.
Sl: Nenadoma se je veter okrepil.
En: Suddenly, the wind picked up.
Sl: Miha je pogledal v nebo in se zaskrbljeno zamračil.
En: Miha looked at the sky and frowned with concern.
Sl: “Izgleda, da bo nevihta,” je rekel.
En: "It looks like a storm is coming," he said.
Sl: Ravno, ko so pospravljali določene stvari, so prve kapljice dežja padle na njih.
En: Just as they were packing up some of the things, the first raindrops began to fall on them.
Sl: “Miha, kam zdaj?
En: "Miha, where to now?"
Sl: ” je vprašala Nina in se ozrla okoli sebe.
En: Nina asked, glancing around.
Sl: Miha se je hitro ozrl naokoli in opazil velik paviljon.
En: Miha quickly looked around and noticed a large pavilion.
Sl: “Hitro, gremo tja!
En: "Quick, let's go there!"
Sl: ” je zaklical.
En: he shouted.
Sl: Tekli so skozi dež.
En: They ran through the rain.
Sl: Kmalu so prišli do paviljona in hvaležno pogledali suho streho nad glavo.
En: Soon, they reached the pavilion and gratefully looked at the dry roof over their heads.
Sl: “No, to je bilo nepričakovano,” je rekel Anže s smehom, ko je ožel svojo majico.
En: "Well, that was unexpected," Anže said with a laugh as he wrung out his shirt.
Sl: “A je kaj več hrane?
En: "Is there any more food?"
Sl: ” je še vprašal.
En: he asked.
Sl: Miha se je končno sprostil, ko so se usedli v zavetje.
En: Miha finally relaxed as they sat in shelter.
Sl: Kljub nevihti so uživali.
En: Despite the storm, they enjoyed themselves.
Sl: “Veš, Miha, včasih ni pomembno, ali gre vse po načrtu,” je rekla Nina, medtem ko je grizljala jabolko.
En: "You know, Miha, sometimes it doesn't matter if everything goes according to plan," Nina said while nibbling an apple.
Sl: “Res je,” se je strinjal Miha.
En: "That's true," Miha agreed.

En: "What's important is that we're together and having fun."
