Sl: Tadej je s svojimi velikimi željami in sanjami o raziskovanju hodil za skupino.
En: Tadej walked behind the group with his big desires and dreams of exploration.
Sl: Bil je dan šolskega izleta.
En: It was a school trip day.
Sl: S sošolci so raziskovali čarobne gozdove okoli jezera Bled.
En: He and his classmates were exploring the magical forests around Lake Bled.
Sl: Pomlad je bila v polnem razcvetu.
En: Spring was in full bloom.
Sl: Zrak je bil svež in dišeč, ptice so prepevale.
En: The air was fresh and fragrant, and the birds were singing.
Sl: Nina je hodila poleg Tadeja.
En: Nina walked beside Tadej.

En: "I read in an old book that there's a viewpoint somewhere in the forest that isn't known to many people," Tadej said with excitement.
Sl: Nina je zastala.
En: Nina paused.
Sl: "Ne smemo se oddaljiti od skupine," je rekla.
En: "We shouldn't stray from the group," she said.
Sl: "Saj veš, da se lahko izgubimo."
En: "You know we could get lost."
Sl: Ampak Tadej je že misli na avanturo.
En: But Tadej was already thinking about the adventure.

En: "Just a quick look.

En: We'll come back quickly," he pleaded.
Sl: Nina je zavzdihnila, potem pa privolila.
En: Nina sighed but then agreed.
Sl: "Če gremo hitro in ne preveč daleč."
En: "If we go quickly and not too far."
Sl: Stopila sta s poti in se potopila globlje v gozd.
En: They stepped off the path and delved deeper into the forest.
Sl: Tadej je bil navdušen, občutek je bil kot iz pravljice.
En: Tadej was thrilled, the feeling was like being in a fairy tale.
Sl: Pogledal je okrog sebe in občudoval živo zelenje, žuborenje potokov.
En: He looked around and admired the vivid greenery, the babbling streams.
Sl: Po dolgem sprehodu sta prišla do majhne jase.
En: After a long walk, they arrived at a small clearing.
Sl: Pogled jima je vzel sapo.
