Sergeant Sarah Roque, a U.S. Army soldier stationed at Fort Leonard Wood, was found dead in a dumpster. An individual is in custody as a person of interest in her death, and authorities are investigating it as a homicide. Roque's death comes after the discovery of another female soldier, Private First-Class Katia Duenas-Aguilar, who was found stabbed to death near Fort Campbell in Kentucky. The suspect in Duenas-Aguilar's case is still at large, and both cases are ongoing.
