Our Lord says in so many words this lesson for us today in the gospel. Those who do evil have a certain style in doing that. We can learn from them in how they use technology, how they persevere doggedly in pursuing their terrible goals, how they work together to be united, etc. It is astonishing that of us who we may say work to spread God's Kingdom have quarrels among our ranks, envy of those who get juicier roles, resentments, miscommunication with the others and unwillingness to forgive, etc. So, the good we had set out to accomplish gets waylaid and hampered. Evil gets to triumph because they don't waste time. We should learn from them how to work together.
