Humbled by this lovely conversation with the Executive Director of OutCenter, Mary Jo Schnell. Mary Jo talks to us about leading with empathy and listening deeply to all people, even those we fundamentally disagree with. We can’t connect with others in meaningful ways if we don’t “stay at the table.” Mary Jo walks us through a vision of building an inclusive future rooted in community, equality for all, and intersectionality. May we each be the vision bearers and light bringers for such a beautiful future.
