Phil and Jenny are thrilled today to speak with Karen Couch about the pilgrimage of walking the Camino de Santiago! Karen is an outdoor enthusiast, Enneagram 6,  and co-founder of Elevate Outdoor Adventures. Karen talks to us today about her passion for encouraging women in the outdoors and her experiences of being a pilgrim on the Camino de Santiago.
