Cassandra's upbringing in a strict religious household left her with a constant need for external validation. While her natural ability as a creative led to a successful career in the wedding industry, her quest for validation influenced a theme of continuous burnout.
It wasn't until a spontaneous spiritual awakening during a solar eclipse that she began venturing the path to deconditioning, healing, and self-discovery.
