Recently, Ireland has emerged as one of the most strident critics of Israel's response to the October 7th massacre. However, Ireland's antipathy to Israel seems to long predate this current conflict. In this episode, I discuss some potential explanations for why Ireland seems so mired in opposition to Israel. I touch also on antisemitism as well as the pro-Israel community in Ireland.
