From the Mount of Transfiguration in Mark, to Ezekiel Chapter 3, the Father is commanding us to HEAR: to hear His Son, to hear His voice. Steve talks about how we fool ourselves into thinking we’re listening, but if our hearts are far from Him, we can’t hear. So God sends the Prophets and then His own Son. Am I allowing myself to be as available to God as I think I am? The job of the Prophets was tough! God used Ezekiel and Jeremiah (last week) to constantly let Israel know that He was not their problem; they were their own problem.
