Rose is worried about nuclear war because members of her Sunshine Cadet's group is. She decides to write a letter to Gorbachev and Presiden Reagan. She gets a response back from the Russian Premier but not Reagan. She gets a press conference and an offer of a trip to Moscow. But it all unravels when they learn that the Russian's think Rose is only 9 years old.
