He returns to the show with Chuck and Valentino to discuss the gvl-tracing gem, a Ruby gem that he recently created. It is a Ruby gem for getting a timeline view of Global VM Lock usage in your Ruby app. Additionally, he describes how this may be applied to improve performance and speed up Ruby Apps.
