Tyler, born and raised in Warrenton, VA, grew up with parents who each own small businesses to this day. Graduating with a degree in Economics, Tyler returned to Warrenton after college to start a real estate brokerage that has grown to 19 agents and two staff. Additionally, he is a minority owner and instructor at The Forge Jiu Jitsu, a 6 month old academy in his home town. Tyler also hosts a podcast, discussing the balance of Entrepreneurship and Parenting, called "Learning to Dad with Tyler Ross". On going side projects include a jiu jitsu clothing brand All Day Jiu Jitsu and a deck construction company called Commonwealth Decks.
