Dr. Phillip S. Porter is the CEO, Co-Founder and visionary of a multigenerational family business Generations Empowerment Enterprises, LLC. (GEE). He is the Co-Founder and Vice-President of Global Family Success Institute a Division of GEE. In addition, he is honored to be the President of West Coast Bible College & Seminary in Fort Worth, Texas.
Phillip is the co-author of the books, “The Power in a Vision Driven Family” “The Power in a Vision Driven Family Workbook”, “Journeys to I Do” and four additional books currently being sold on Amazon and Kindle. He is a Family Generational Wealth & Business Educator and Curriculum Developer and has worked with families nationwide on how to learn, trust, collaborate, and build generational wealth through proven strategies. He collaborated with his wife Dr. Janice M. Porter to create the popular online courses “Certification in Family Leadership Part I” and “Certification in Family Leadership Part II” which are available at https://globalfamilysuccess.thinkific.com. These two courses provide a roadmap to creating and building family wealth through business ownership and more.
Phillip has over 13 years of experience as a business, trainer, advisor and loan officer with the Neighborhood Development Center a nonprofit organization in St. Paul, MN. He has successfully advised and trained over 250 businesses representing many industries. Phillip was a Quality Manager/Director for Diamond Products Company and Assistant Quality Manager with The Gillette Company. He is the former Chairman of the Executive Board of Directors and Chairman of the Finance Ministry at Greater Friendship Missionary Baptist Church in Minneapolis, Minnesota. He is a former board member of the Dakota County Regional Chamber of Commerce.
Dr. Phillip S. Porter received an Honorary Doctorate in Ministry Degree from West Coast Bible College & Seminary based on his lifelong accomplishments of educating families on building generational wealth. Dr. Porter received his MBA in Management from the University of St. Thomas in St. Paul, Minnesota. He is an experienced Certified Wealth Educator (CWE), and Certified Soft Skills Trainer (CSST). He attended a Historical Black College & University, South Carolina State University in Orangeburg, SC.
