In this latest foray into the Unkind Rewind, we get to know writer and musician Jeremy Steen. Way before he was fronting or playing bass in bands in Austin or having his work published at the Oxford American and various literary journals, Jeremy had a passion for a film which may or may not have influenced his dietary practices and which definitely instilled in him a love of a certain strange domesticated animal--a love we'll have to wait until after next week's episode and see if he'll be taking to a whole new level by bringing one of those cute little critters home to live with him.
Next week's film (you'll have to listen to discover what it is) is presently available to stream for free in the US on Prime.
