Episode 33: Raman Raghav.

In the annals of Indian serial killers, few figures stand as chilling and enigmatic as Raman Raghav, a
former mill worker who terrorized the streets of Mumbai (formerly Bombay) between 1966 and 1976.
Dubbed the "Butcher of Bombay" and the "Phantom Strangler," Raghav's reign of terror involved the
murder of at least 49 people, though he confessed to over 60. His crimes, motivated by a twisted
desire for power and control, left a trail of fear and despair in their wake.
