Manuel Octavio Bermúdez was a Colombian serial killer and rapist who confessed to killing 21 children between 1980 and 1998. He was known for his brutal and sadistic attacks, and he often tortured his victims before killing them. Bermúdez was eventually caught and sentenced to 26 years in prison, but he was released on parole in 2018.
