So, you think work/life balance is a myth? I mean, that's what we're told right -- that there's no such thing as work/life balance. And while yes, you will NEVER have equal amounts of time for both your life + your business... that's just not the reality... It doesn't mean that you can't achieve what work/life balance looks like to you. And thinking that work/life balance is an impossibility is most likely why you're feeling stressed, scattered, overwhelmed, and like you never have enough time to get things done. It's like assuming you can't juggle without dropping a ball. A skilled juggler has to figure out his equilibrium and timing to keep the balls in the air without dropping them. It might be a mess at first and he probably drops the balls A LOT, but eventually, it gets easier and he's no longer just juggling balls, but clubs and sticks of fire! It's a delicate balance, and it's probably going to be messy at first, but once you find a rhythm that works for you, you CAN have the work/life balancee you desire. It's not about avoiding the act of juggling, but refining your technique and embracing the challenge.
