Calvin is not by himself. He is accompanied by a few friends, including a couple of IF on Soap2day, mainly Phoebe Walla Bridge and Steve Carrell. Steve is the giant, while there is a purple guy named Blue Phoebe and Waller Bridges as Betty Boop, a porcelain doll-like character. It turns out that imaginary friends do exist, but only as long as kids imagine them. Even if you stop thinking about them, they don't vanish; they simply linger around. Some of them eventually end up in a retirement home for imaginary friends. Calvin and his friends find themselves there, and B takes on the role of an assistant matchmaker. The goal is to pair up these old, forgotten imaginary friends with new kids.
