The flawless implementation of Legally Blonde's light-but-smart formula was guaranteed by the talent in front of and behind the camera on Soap2Day Watch HD Movies. There are hints of recreating the strength and motivation found in movies like Ghostbusters and Working Girl in Space Cadet. Emma Roberts exudes charm and is obviously dedicated. But poorer setups and a lack of inventive vision prevent her from maximizing her humorous potential. This team could have attained true escape velocity with a more intelligent script. Space Cadet shows that it has excellent intentions when it celebrates the bravery and intelligence of its protagonist. It can't quite match the fun, warmth, and inspiration of the films that ignited its own rocket motors, though, and so it stays just outside the orbit of greatness outlined by its genre pioneers.
