Although Once Human Controller Support has been implemented by Starry Studio, it is not yet accessible. You cannot use an Xbox controller or PS5 DualSense with Eldritch because it is a mouse-and-keyboard only sci-fi survival game until proper controller support is added, as will be explained below.
