Pb: No alto do Corcovado, o Cristo Redentor estendia seus braços sobre o Rio de Janeiro.
En: At the top of Corcovado, the Cristo Redentor extended its arms over Rio de Janeiro.
Pb: Era Dia de Tiradentes, um feriado nacional, e a cidade estava cheia de turistas aproveitando o outono carioca.
En: It was Dia de Tiradentes, a national holiday, and the city was full of tourists enjoying the carioca autumn.
Pb: Luiz e Carla, dois amigos de São Paulo, estavam animados para ver a famosa estátua de perto.

Pb: O dia começou ensolarado, mas de repente, nuvens escuras cobriram o céu.
