When a series of unfortunate events happened, Angie tried to take her own life. But going inwards and working on herself saved her life. 

Today, Angie is based in Hawaii and is an inner glow coach and author, specialising in helping women who have lost themselves in people-pleasing and self-criticism to rebuild their self-worth, set boundaries, trust their intuition and increase their confidence. 

She is the author of Running in Slippers, which is a memoir about finding resilience after rock bottom.
