Noni Battiste-Kosoko, 19, was apprehended in Union City, Georgia on May 20, 2023 with a bench warrant due to her absence at her misdemeanor trespassing and vandalism trial. To those locked up alongside her, it became increasingly apparent that she requires mental health support more than anything else.
