Topic: DECLUTTER YOUR MIND!
Memory Verse: "You will keep in perfect peace those whose minds are steadfast, because they trust in you" - Isaiah 26:3 NIV
Bible Text: Proverbs 4:23 KJV
23. Keep thy heart with all diligence; For out of it are the issues of life.
INSPIRATION: Believers must learn to declutter their minds; sift through content and don't allow information overload drive you crazy. Be weary of undue 'motivational' talk that could drain your self esteem this season. Allow you mind to rest! A mind filled with undue motivational talks would be scattered with a disorderly mixture of ideas and this is a real hazard to feeble minds. PEACE!!
Faulty paradigm do not yield positive outcomes, but helps to accentuate our fault lines. It is akin to expecting a bountiful harvest without first cultivating the soil, the end result is often too obvious! Mind dynamics allows for rehashing, reviewing and reinventing ourselves, but to be fixated on the statusquo is to embark on a suicide mission.
TODAY'S TAKE HOME:
The mind absorbs whatever it is fed and magnifies it. Free up space in your mind so its processor can run faster with accuracy!
PRAYER: Dear Lord, please help me to guide my heart and to eliminate all forms of unnecessary worries, thoughts and images that clog my mind. I purge my heart and free it of all forms of negativity that makes for an unhealthy mind, in Jesus name.
