There's something about a personal revelation of the greatness of God that dwarfs all our mountains or make them pale into insignificance while giving confidence and impetus to our dreams. When this revelation hits you, you would realise how so magnificent God is and how so small in comparison your battles and struggles are! It was this revelation that made David defy and kill Goliath. Whilst the army of Israel saw a behemoth of a giant that can't be defeated, David saw a worthless and hapless creature only fit for the kill. The Psalmist makes a very striking remark about God's greatness, "For there is no end to the discovery of the greatness that surrounds you" (Ps 145:3). In other words, God's greatness is endless and limitless. When you think you've seen and stretched it's limits, He unveils another chapter. Paul calls it the many-sided wisdom of God in all its infinite variety and innumerable aspects (Eph. 3: 10). I therefore challenge you to take off every limit you've placed on God. Be it doctor's report, expert opinions and predictions. Their predictions are not superior to God's word, and never would anything be!
