The Woman with the Issue of Blood's interception of the miracle due to Jairius' daughter highlights a unique point that underscores our contemplation today. Jesus was on his way to heal the sick girl when this woman surfaced from nowhere and touched Jesus. She got her instant healing, then some messengers, came and announce the death of the sick child, then asked, "Why trouble the Master any further?" For them, it was a lost case; stone dead case! You can't win it, don't bother trying, they taunted, etc.
It reminds me of how people write us off so dismissively, and throw it back at us in a condescending manner. But don't let no man conclude on you when God hasn't yet given his verdict. "Who can speak and have it happen if the Lord has not decreed it? (Lam. 3:37)" Hush all discouraging voices with bad news; pay no attention like Jesus ignored them. What they've concluded as dead will be a living miracle before their very eyes, if only you'd believe. Miracles are commonplace when we believe. Yours is next!
