Description

There's this "I can do it" spirit that separates those who dare from those who wish. The will to do has been lavishly given to us to use. If you focus or expend your energy on all that could have worked but didn't, you'll lose the ability and determination to explore the potentials or possibilities that abound around you. Paul says he can do all things but quickly tells us his strength is derived from the Lord. He acknowledges or recognised that we're not competent in ourselves to claim that anything comes from us, but our competence comes from God (2 Cor. 3:5).

Now, you must understand Job's remark of a latter end's increase was not premised or predicated on mere wishes but on the will to apply himself to work! We must deploy all our energies, skills and resources to give legitimacy to our desire for increase. God's promises to bless the works of our hands, therefore, it would be an aberration to be idle! A great harvest happens where a good measure of work has been put in. You want to see an increased end, put in some work; make your brain sweat; invest and divest. Get multiple streams of inflow!
