Description

The Psalmist describes the parameters around which God would bless us: he surrounds us with his favour like a shield. When God's favour gets activated over your life, there're no limits to what you can accomplish; you'd become a reservoir of great ideas and possibilities. Beyond that, you'd find that you've become more likeable and acceptable to others. You'd begin to gain recognition, endorsements, overwhelming support and underserved patronage. Favour will open doors to you, introduce you to people, places and opportunities that you could never have accessed but for favour.

Favour is an intangible empowerment with very visible and tangible effects. You can't be favoured and it won't be evident. Favour is a requirement for anyone who wants to glide on the wings of grace. It pulls great resources towards us that we may never have any other way. Favour prequalifies us for what we do not deserve, and ensures we're not shortchanged in the process. That's why the Psalmist calls it a blessing. We can never define the ramifications of blessings that come with favour. Neither can we tell what great things it shields us from, especially, the ones we cannot see.
