Becoming takes a process that requires your active participation in learning, unlearning and relearning. It is neither accidental nor magical. You can either become better or worse, depending on how and what you apply yourself to. To become a lawyer, a surgeon or an engineer, for instance, takes a process of disciplined learning, except you want to end up a quack! Well, a quack would often cause more damage while attempting to fix a problem. If you entrust your life to a quack doctor or your car to a quack mechanic, I need not tell you about the outcome.
Therefore, strive to become better daily. Put in the work. Evolve. You'd realise that the more you're becoming, the higher your opportunities to explore. Do not allow mediocrity deprive you from aspiring for more. Be ambitious, but stay in checks. Become an eagle and glide on the wings of time, obstacles and mountains but do not lose the strength and sight of an eagle; become a lion; take charge of your jungle. Become the reality of every noble dream you've ever nursed. Yes! BECOME!!
Becoming outstanding, most often than not, is a product of personal responsibility in development.
