Feeling MUCH better! Lunchtime run done, but slowly. 6.01km in 1hr 3m 3s, did half of what I normally do. Thinking… if I start working out in the morning, will this workout go by the wayside? Going to the coffee show this weekend, will see what it’s like. First heard of it during the pandemic, but when we tried to go it had been closed and a MINERALS exhibit was put in its place????
