No, it does not have feelings and no it cannot think. It is pulling information from the net and assembling it according to the algorithm it's programmed with. Ie, it couldn't do it on its own nor could it actualize what it says. It has no action, only assembled character strings. Interesting idea and I do wonder who will blame ChatGPT first, much like they blamed the devil in the 1980's. Looking at some of these hikes outside of the city, wouldn't mind getting out.
