The food: muesli, oats, milks, dried sweet potatoes, fruit juice, Biscotti crunchy spread, tuna and pasta and others Yes, I’m using compression garments and so far so good. Re-read part in Living with a SEAL by Jesse Itzler, apparently they only got through three segments because Jesse strained his groin. Ended up doing 700 push ups instead.
