This afternoon was just a normal work out though, but only got in 65 pulls ups, 225 pushups, and 320 or so squats. The math: 10x 10 20 30 3 x 5 10 20 +2 Really just want to do it and not think about it so much. Rest, elevate, compress, Vitamin C, water, one step in front of the other. March Motion continues, will try something simple today. After this weekend, a load is taken off and things aren't so crazy.
