Workouts in! Lunchtime: 1.6 km run (weighted 6 kg vest) 64 pull pus 128 push ups 192 squats (I hate doing this type of math) another 1.6 km run
THEN: -inside for another 40 pull ups, 80 push ups, 120 squats
After work: slow kbell lifts Just how long do you work out for?
How are the supplements working? Do I feel smarter? So far? No.
There’s one more I need to try, the Plasmalogen from Japanese scallops… could it be any other kind?
