I hope it’s still there! I think (and hope) I forgot my laptop charger in one of the classrooms.
Feeling a bit knackered, all this running around. Making me think… to get to the next spot, what do I have to change now?

No workout today as I spent most of the day editing the SLV podcast. Also forgot to take my fish oil and I will say that brain fog hit hard!
