Workouts in! -6.5km run at lunch, about 6.18 pace -kbell rounds w run for 15 minutes -100 double unders
Then x4 rounds of -10 bench jumps -10 one arm pushups -10 half pistol squats
And what about that weight gain? High intensity snacking? Lack of sleep??
