Season 3 Episode 7 In this episode Jayybone sits down with a fellow former upper classman Mike Stefano from Cardinal Spellman. I need to mention how we know each other and the school we've come from along with a tease of my ten year reunion happening on September 11th at Waterclub in Marina Bay. After catching up and seeing what's been going on throughout the years we find out why ive had Mike come on the show today. Mike is actually also the host of his own podcast called Obstacle Running Adventures. Started in 2012 Mike explains how he left his comfort zone only to find out where he was most comfortable which you wouldn't believe is in obstacle courses. Not only does this podcast slap because of the interviews he does with notables of course racing but because he also has experience as well. In this you'll hear about specific courses, the battles and injuries he's over come along with his training and recovery time.
