Plateaued leadership is happening frequently these days as the need to shed old ways becomes more and more required. Leadership can no longer rely on formulas or subjective strategies.
The only way forward is to leave what we know behind and clear out the rules, regulations and constraints that past leadership teachings have instructed. Objective tools are the answer, especially if you are tasked with solving big problems.
