A tour operator collapsed on 15th July, 2016. This has left holidaymakers without their holiday and possibly without their money.
This is due to the way Lowcostholidays traded. They didn't have an Atol as they were based in Spain and not in the UK.
Adam Mortimer, from the UK European Consumer Centre, gives advice to those who are caught up in the Lowcostholidays nightmare.
