I have just booked my summer holiday. It didn't go that smoothly. There was a lack of customer service and information from hotels and a tour operator.
So, I'm going back to an old favourite. Even this wasn't easy to book due to indifference from the hotel's own UK representatives. Luckily, I still have my travel agent little black book.
So everything is prepared for my trip. If I'd been a member of the travelling public, I might still be looking for a holiday.

On a travel industry forum some agents have been talking about customers who have found much cheaper flights. Unfortunately, these people never look at the flight/connection times.
The price for saving money is spending hours (days) in an airport waiting for the connection. Sometimes the airport is so good this doesn't matter. Find out which airports are almost as good as staying in a resort.
