Every year there are stories of holidaymakers getting a surprise mobile telephone bill after their holiday in Europe. I myself had a small surprise when I was young and foolish.
The EU has been working with the telephone networks to reduce roaming charges. These came down on 30th April. My guest, Adam Poyser from the UK ECC explains what has happened with these charges and what will happen with EU roaming charges in the future.
