(Paula Carson: “I think Governments are crazy.” Janet VanCamp: “I know ours certainly is.”)

Commissioners Carson and Vancamp during the April 9th County Commission Meeting where the Commission had an absolute meltdown with two commissioners just outright not wanting to approve a tentative budget and others lost in what the absolute numbers were. Ladies and gentlemen, THIS is what you voted for. The current County Commission is absolutely dysfunctional and some members can’t even do the simplest of homework before the meeting. They come to meetings clueless and grandstand to the general public. What happened to elected officials actually, oh, I don’t know, doing their job. Every meeting I cover I feel like I lose more IQ points, though I know some of you say I have none. Folks, it’s time to tell the commission to either do their job or resign before the state once again takes over the county. And trust me, folks, you don’t want that.
