(Airdate 5/16/25) J French is an accomplished rapper, multi-instrumentalist and producer from Oklahoma City. The son of Grammy-winning reggae percussionist and vocalist Brother Num, J French is a voting member of the GRAMMYS. He has worked with several rappers in Oklahoma-Texas and Los Angeles including RC & The Gritz, Erykah Badu’s official band, and members of TDE. On this edition of our Freedmen Friday's series, we have a spirited debate on why French does not believe in reparations.
