The Republic has asserted its dominance as the final order of governance to outlast the many threats that have assailed it since its inception, and now, at long last peace. Sure there will always be conflict, piracy on the lawless fringes, crime cartels, and unstable intra planetary disruption. But the era of mass galactic war has finally come to an end.
