This is prevew of a 11-minute guided meditation by the ocean, with the sound of waves and the song of seagulls.
Close your eyes gently and take a moment to settle into a comfortable position.
Allow your body to relax, whether you are sitting or lying down.
Let your hands rest naturally, palms facing upward if that feels right for you.
Take a deep breath in through your nose, filling your lungs completely.
Hold it for just a moment… and now exhale slowly through your mouth, releasing any tension in your shoulders as you do so.
