Between April 12 and April 18, 2025, Fresno law enforcement responded to a series of notable incidents across the city. In the area of North Locan Avenue, on April 17, officers arrested an individual for an alleged stolen vehicle, receiving stolen property related to a motor vehicle, and committing a felony while out on bail.
