I wrote this song for my mother. She had always been a healthy and active person, so the news came as a shock. My mom was determined to fight the disease and underwent chemotherapy and radiation treatments. Despite the grueling side effects, she remained positive and continued to live her life as normally as possible. As the months passed, my mom continued to fight cancer.
