Fact vs. Belief Challenge:
Write down three thoughts you've had this week that made you feel “less than.” For each one, ask yourself: Is this a fact or a belief? Then rewrite the belief into a truth that empowers your authenticity. 


2. Authenticity Audit:
Spend 10 minutes reflecting on where in your life you're showing up as a version of yourself you think others expect. What would change if you replaced that version with who you actually are? Choose one space this week to show up fully as you.3. Protect Your Peace Practice:
Identify one situation, environment, or relationship that drains you. Create a simple boundary—whether it’s a time limit, a script, or a pause. Protecting your energy is a form of honoring your identity and mental health.
