Bio Paul Fowler was active duty in the Coast Guard Active from 1975 to 1997. Aviation Structural Mechanic. SAR Aircrewman, Rescue Hoist Operator and Dropmaster. He toured in CGAS Kodiak, Elizabeth City, Los Angeles, Cape May, Miami, and Cape Cod. Paul also did some acting in plays in the 1970s, and wrote songs as a hobby and emotional outlet.
