My son is about to get married and I thought this would be a good time to open up our forum for people to share what they have learned in what not to do and what to do in building a relationship. As for me this is a subject that I have a lot of knowledge about. How, because I made every mistake in the book. If experience is the best teacher then I should have a degree in relationship building. A lot of people are just like me in having a fantasy of what love is and what that means to building a marriage. The sad thing about making mistakes is that nobody wins if there is not some give and take to the relationship. We have a lot of people who council people that I am hoping will add their knowledge to this topic as well.
